REAL ART. 
Many signed prints and handcrafts including pottery,
 jewelry and watercolors.
All the tags on all the merchandise in both stores have a color now. The different colors will determine the sale price of a particular item and every couple of weeks a different color will be added to the COLOR SALE, and the color that has been on sale will be lowered even further.

For example: Say all the GREEN TAGS are the first color to go on sale. Let's say the next color scheduled to be on sale is Red. When the Red tags are added to the sale, the Green tags will take a further markdown. As other color are added the prices on the proceeding colors will be marked further down until the remaining items will be marked one dollar. Once the dollar sale is over, anything left will be donated to a charity organization and the cycle will begin all over again.
